ANUFOOD Brazil provided three intense days of networking, business generation and knowledge with a 360° experience range in the food and beverage world.
The event was held in an auditorium with entrepreneurs, representatives from the state and federal government bodies, as well as from the main entities of the food and beverage industry.
II Abrasel Meeting – ESBRE: Knowledge for bars and restaurants
ABRASEL has brought to the visitors of ANUFOOD Brazil the know-how from experts of the sector encouraging discussions on the main challenges and opportunities of the food outside of home industry in a rich series of lectures.
The Pizza Area gathered the main experts of the Pizza sector in Brazil that presented a rich content on the sector and its innovations.
Confectionery & Bakery Show
Experts from SENAI-SP covered distinctive techniques in confectionery and bakery workshops.
Bares SP Guided Tour
A dynamic immersion in the world of ethyl in the food industry. The attraction offered to the visitors basic knowledge, free of charge, about making delicious drinks (including a special ingredient: coffee) and about the tasting of quality handcrafted beers.
The project gathered 13 brands from Brazilian entrepreneurs that presented categories and products to meet the demands of the modern consumer who are more concerned about health and a sustainable planet.
The project has brought together the main companies that commercialize products that have not been tested on animals neither have ingredients of animal origin. In addition to the exhibiting area, it was offered a plant base products tasting sessions.
Wines from the USA: Try, Share
The Foreign Agricultural Service Office of the USDA promotes the project #USfoodEXPERIENCE during the three days of the exhibition, with the objective of promoting food & beverage products from the United States of America, based on the James Beard Foundation’s Culinary Map, which divides the United States into six culinary regions. In addition to the participation in the booth, a brand activition and tasting event was organized within the PRIME CLUB VIP Lounge with a wide variety of American wines.
Germany is the host country of the largest trade fair of the food industry in the World, ANUGA, which is also organized by Koelnmesse. The country was very well represented at ANUFOOD Brazil in the German Tastings space, which brought organic juices, mate tea, confectionery products, energy drinks, and more. Germany Tastings was a must see attraction.
Sindal Showroom of Equipment and Technology
Sindal, Syndicate of Manufacturers of Equipment, Suppliers, Service Providers, Building and Maintenance Providers for Professional Kitchens, organized and area for exhibiting and knowledge presenting the latest news in equipment and technology for the food service industry.
ANUFOOD Brazil covered an area of 14 thousand sq. M. including 11 international pavilions, in addition to individual exhibitors from 24 countries.
ANUFOOD Brazil Conference
The conference presented a panel on the outlook of the global economy focused on the agroindustry and gathered two key players of the sector: Joaquim Levy, former Finance Minister, and Alexandre de Mendonça Barros, Agronomist Engineer and partner-director of MBAgro. The conference program also included other experts and representatives from the government bodies.
